About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Preschool Enrollment Manager to join our team at Primrose School of Fairfax. As a leader in early childhood education, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the enrollment process for new and existing families
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new families
- Conduct tours and provide information to prospective families
- Communicate with parents about enrollment procedures and school policies
- Maintain accurate records of enrollment and waitlist information
- Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure high conversion rates.
- Process enrollment applications, collect required documents, and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in enrollment, admissions, sales, or customer service, preferably in a childcare or education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of early childhood education and development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with families.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management.
- Knowledge of childcare licensing and state regulations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
